What are my exchange limits?
When placing exchange orders on TRASTRA, you are limited to a maximum exchange amount per month with our STANDARD tariff.
If you place crypto exchange orders worth more than your tariff’s limit, your transaction will not be processed; you will see a notification message about it.
We understand that these exchange limits may not work for everyone, so we offer TRASTRA users the option to apply for a PRO tariff. If you believe that you have a good reason for needing to exceed the exchange limits, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at [email protected] and send the requirements, we will be happy to review your request. Please note that your approval for the PRO tariff is not guaranteed. All submissions are considered on a case-by-case basis.
