How Can We Help?

Where can I find CVV code and other secure information on my TRASTRA card?

The CVV2 code (Card Verification Value)  is the three-digit number printed in the signature space on the back of your TRASTRA card, we must remind you that the CVV number is always the last group of numbers in the signature space on the back of the card and thus it is not a  part of the main card number on TRASTRA payment card which refers to the card itself.
Please look through the following points in order to find the secure information ( which includes the CVV number) on your card:

  1. Firstly, kindly turn your card over and look at the signature box on the backside of your TRASTRA card.
  2. You should see the last four digits followed by a special 3-digit code. This 3-digit code is your CVV number / Card Security Code, which can be used for online purchases or transactions related to the CVV code (Figure 1-1):

It is crucially important to note that the fact, the CVV should be kept strictly confidential to the cardholder and should not be shared with anyone, hence it is a kind request not to share the code with anyone under any circumstance to any unknown party to prevent any unauthorized activities.
