How do I block my TRASTRA Card?

Lost/Misplaced/Stolen Cards are always an issue for the clients, so it is always better to block the card to prevent any kind of mishap that can take place. Blocking the TRASTRA card is a quite fast process. If for any reason you’d like to proceed with it, please follow these steps:

  1. Select the currency card under the Cards tab you would like to block.
  2. Use the more option (icon with 3 vertical dots) next to the card status Active, and next to your card balance.
  3. Select the option Block from the drop-down menu, and check the credentials within the pop-up icon, mentioning your card details.
  4. Press on the Confirm button to block the card for any further transactions.

You can also block your payment card using the TRASTRA applications for iOS and Android.

After that, your TRASTRA payment card will be completely blocked from any activities.
