Can I change the address of the card delivery?

Unfortunately, the address of the card delivery cannot be changed as it is linked to the address you use during your account verification which is a crucial procedure to validate your account. During the verification procedure, the client must enter the current address of residence which is automatically saved in the system as default for further integration of the client in the TRASTRA platform, hence changing the address is not possible.

Please bear in mind that to order a card, you must follow the verification process first and it is important to add current and correct details of your residence as the application is checked thoroughly by our compliance team. In case there is an issue or you have entered the wrong address and have not passed verification, please contact our Support Team for any help.
