I forgot my password, what should I do?

A strong password is an extremely critical security feature that prevents any unauthorized access to the account. If you forget your TRASTRA account password or if you’d like to change it, simply go to the Sign Up page and click on the Forgot Password button (Figure 1-1):

You’ll be redirected to the Reset Password page where you will need to specify your email. Please fill in the field with your email and click on the Send Recovery Link button (Figure 1-2):

A confirmation link will be sent to your email. Be advised to check your spam folder if you didn’t find it in your inbox. Note, the link is valid for 1 hour only.

Please follow the link in your email and you will be redirected to the TRASTRA website to enter a new password and confirm it.
