I cannot upload documents because I keep getting a rejection message.

To avoid a rejection:

  • Verify that you are uploading proper documents. What documents you have to upload can be found here.
  • Check that the document is in JPG, JPEG or PNG formats.
  • Check that the file size is less than 5 MB.
  • Please do not upload the same document twice as we won’t accept it.
  • Make sure you are uploading an image that shows the entire document.
  • Check that your document is valid.
  • Double check that all fields contain the correct information.
  • We only accept a good quality, color-scanned copy of the document.
