How long does verification take?

The process of TRASTRA account verification takes up to 20 minutes. There are extenuating circumstances that may affect the time of verification when your information is incomplete or needs additional checking. Once your account is successfully verified, you’ll get a notification email from us.

If your profile status is ‘Non-verified’, there is the ability to edit the profile and resend documents.
