How to contact TRASTRA Support team?

We would really like to assist you with any questions you might have about TRASTRA services. You can contact us in one of the following ways:

  • send a message to the online chat (the chat widget is located in the bottom right corner of the web app) or submit an offline request through the widget out of hours.


Working hours of our Support Team (Central European Time Zone):

  • 7:00 – 18:00 (Monday – Friday);
  • 9:00 – 18:00 (Saturday – Sunday).
