I can’t activate the reissued card. What should I do?
If you’ve recently received a new debit card, you’ll need to activate it before you can use it. This is usually a simple process that can be done online in your TRASTRA app. However, it’s important to make sure that your old card is not active anymore. If you don’t see the reissued card in the app, you need to wait until the previous one expires (if you requested a new card due to the upcoming expiration date) or block the old card by yourselves.
