I didn’t receive account activation email
To complete your registration with TRASTRA, you need to follow the link in an activation email that will be sent to your email address.
In case if you haven’t received it, please verify the following:
- Check your Spam/Junk or Trash/Deleted Items folders.
- Whitelist trastra.com to ensure that your email provider does not block TRASTRA emails.
- Make sure you provided a correct email when signing up. You can try to create a new account with the email address you used before. If the address is already in use, the system will inform you with the message: “An account under this email already exists.” Otherwise, a new account with the correct email will be created and an activation email will be sent.
- If you didn’t get the activation email after two hours and the suggestions above don’t help, please contact our Customer Support (email: [email protected] or via live chat).
