Before the trip, Hauxley set himself a tough condition – to spend only one bitcoin for his expenses during one whole year. The blogger spent most of his time in the cheapest hotels and ate discounted food from local grocery stores.
His wanderings were not in vain – in almost 12 months the man managed to collect more than 178 hours of video material that show the real potential and cohesion of the crypto community. Hauxley plans to mount the captured videos in a documentary that be featured by Amazon. The documentary will also be screened in several film festivals like Hong Kong International Film Festival, Sundance, Berlin Film Festival and Tribeca.

The blogger purchased Bitcoin for travel back in August 2017 at a price of $ 4,724. He was not frightened by the fact that the highly volatile crypto fell to a low of $ 3,350, and then rose up to $ 20,000. Hauxley claims that crypto investors from Hong Kong have already reacted to this.
Then he began to have difficulties due to the drop in the price of Bitcoin. The value of cryptocurrency decreased every day, but Hauxley did not lose heart. According to him, the correction of the cryptocurrency market made him more inventive and made him meet dozens of new and interesting people.
In the documentary trailer, Hauxley claims that governments are lying to millions of people and are deliberately trying to shake the cryptocurrency market. To prove his point, Hauxley cites dozens of videos where the crypto is successfully used in Cambodia, India, and China.
